10 (maybe) Easy Ways To DE-STRESS Your Life

Long time no share and no activity in my blog..
Let me to give you all in 10th easy ways, How to De-Stress your life.. :)

1. Get more physically active! Choose outdoor activities whenever you can or just workout untill you tired.

2. Spend time alone in nature. Combine physical activity with time spent alone in nature by hiking,diving, or biking..huwooww..how I ♥ that activity!!

3. Releasing your attachment to your relationships if you are in a highly troubled relationship and fear that the other person may leave you, visualize your life without that person and accept that your happiness in life come from within' and not from any other person.

4. Reduce your obligations! Some people keep to themselves. If you don't enjoy a responsibility and it isn't truly crucial, just say NO! Focus volunteering on those activities that give you great job and satisfaction.

5. Learn to love your job or (maybe) get a job you love and honor yourself enough to choose a career that brings satisfaction as well as paycheck.

6. Begin project you love. Give yourself a little time each day to work on something creative that you love doing and that make you feel good about yourself! Waahh paling demen yg model beginian..just doing something new guys..make some DIY project or anything,that can make you feel freedom on your life!!hahahaa..

7. Know that you are not responsible for the whole world. If you are going to make a difference just take up a cause.

8. Forgive everyone especially yourself for everything that has ever been done or been left undone, your ANGER (lol) and hatred hurt you.

9. Give your time to others. Not only your family, your love,or your friends. You can give your time to caring with people who unluckily than you.. (Kebanyakan nonton JIKA AKU MENJADI) hehee..

10. And the last you have to VIEW YOUR LIFE AS AN ADVENTURE!!
